The property was in the middle of the city. Booked a room with decent views, and the staff were very, very nice people at the reception desk. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and very good, the check in was fast.

Booked a room with a view back over the hole in the ground. A shower, a hairdryer, and terrycloth bathrobes were available there.

The location was incredible in the attractive main Restaurant. Moreover, it was close enough to a Jerusalem, a movie complex with many restaurants and the conference centre.

Location: the hotel was near to a Jerusalem in the wee hours of the morning and bus station. The room we had included air conditioning and soundproof windows.

It made my trip to Jerusalem a decent experience. The whole hotel was fairly clean and the staff was very nice. The breakfast served was fantastic and very good with selected ingredients, fresh pastries.

marvellous central location not far from a jerusalem in the wee hours of the morning, and coffee shops, restaurants, banks. the breakfast was delicious and incredible for what was on offer with selected ingredients, generally great, fresh pastries.

Modern, huge units provided with balcony, a view back over the hole in the ground plus the bath. Central location - near a museum and a cinema.

The hotel was professional, clean, and had helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and comfortable bed. Great location and amazing city view from the room. Good spa.

it could do with a facelift

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, so the lobby area was under construction. However, the staff tried their best to accommodate guests. The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to the Jerusalem International Convention Center and within walking distance of the bus station and tram. the hotel is situated in a safe neighborhood, allowing for evening walks to nearby restaurants and shops.

The renovation work created some inconvenience during my stay. The front desk was often understaffed, leading to long wait times for check-in.

They have a real problem with the shower. It is hot or it is cold. No in between.

The vue, the fact that once asked for something, the staff find an adequate solution for it.

The category of the hotel does not correspond to the reality. It is in fact a good two star hotel. Small, but important things should be improved.E.g. the service room's door, close to the room was very noisy, the elevator's noise was also hard. However, the staff was very polite.
